Agoda Charged My Credit Card After Cancellation and Did Not Issue a Refund
I canceled my reservation number 1463307980 through Agoda.com, but I still haven't received the promised refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that the system showed a refund amount of ₺1981.12, yet my credit card was charged a total of ₺2053.52. This unforeseen issue has led to considerable hassle and financial pressure. I have reached out to customer service several times, expecting a quick resolution, but nothing has been done. It's disappointing that a reputable platform struggles with a simple refund process. I strongly encourage Agoda.com to resolve this matter promptly by issuing the full refund as stated. If a resolution isn't reached promptly, I will have to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

2053,52 TL was refunded but 2055,29 TL was withdrawn again. Do not get involved with this company. I will take legal action.
