Agoda Overcharged Me Twice for Hotel Reservation
Agoda charged my credit card twice without my permission for reservation number 436807503. I need a refund for the extra charges right away. On May 16, 2024, I booked a hotel room for a total of 12,973.90 Turkish Liras. But, on that very same day, my card was charged 13,393.58 Turkish Liras, and the initial payment of 12,973.90 Turkish Liras was deducted again on May 19, 2024. I demand an immediate refund of 13,393.58 Turkish Liras.
