I booked a one-night stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel through Agoda for February 3-4. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that two extra charges were made on top of my original booking. My booking ID is 1521151592.
I tried to find information on how to request a refund through the Agoda app, but there are no clear instructions. To make matters worse, there’s no Turkish customer service number, so I have no way to contact them directly.
