Agoda Overcharged Me ₺1,403 Extra on Hotel Bookings in Çeşme and Bodrum

I made three hotel reservations through Agoda with the following booking numbers: 1641246711, 1641356854, and 1639569650 for stays in Çeşme and Bodrum. However, I was overcharged by a total of ₺1,403 beyond the confirmed booking prices. Instead of the expected amount, my credit card was billed ₺46,518 in total.

I have both the confirmation details from the Agoda app and my credit card statement as proof of this overcharge. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach Agoda customer service to resolve the issue. The lack of support has only added to my frustration.

I am requesting a full refund of the ₺1,403 extra charge that was wrongly taken from me. Agoda must urgently review this case, correct the billing error, and return the excess payment. Customers should be able to trust that they will be charged the price shown at the time of booking, not more.
