Agoda Charged Me for a Hotel Booking That Doesn’t Exist in the Hotel’s System
I just booked a hotel room on Agoda, thinking it would be easy, but it ended up being rather difficult. I made a reservation and then called the hotel to confirm, but it turns out they don’t even partner with Agoda, and my booking wasn’t in their system at all. But the payment has already been taken from my card. I emailed Agoda, thinking they’d sort this out fast, but even after I explained everything and shared all the details, I still haven’t gotten my refund or any update. I'm really disappointed with Agoda right now, and I need them to sort out my issue and get my refund to me as soon as possible.
