I Paid for My Agoda Booking But the Hotel Can’t See It
I made a reservation through Agoda, paid the full amount, and even received a confirmation email stating the booking was successful. The charge appears as a pending transaction on my account, yet Agoda shows it as confirmed. The problem is, the hotel I booked can’t see my reservation at all—they have no record of it.
This is incredibly stressful, especially when travel plans are involved. I need to speak with someone urgently, but there’s no clear email address for support—English or Turkish, it doesn’t matter, I just need real assistance.
Agoda, provide a direct contact method now and resolve this issue before my check-in date. You’ve taken my money—make sure the hotel receives my booking.
