Agoda Canceled My Hotel Room Without Notice and Refused to Issue a Refund

Without my knowledge, one of the rooms was canceled by Agoda. I received no notification, and I wasn’t refunded. As a result, I had to pay for the hotel again out of pocket. I booked two rooms via Agoda using my credit card, but one was canceled without my consent, and now I’m stuck paying twice. I’ve tried reaching Agoda’s customer service, but I can’t get any response. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for the extra charges.
