Agoda Charged My Credit Card Twice for the Reservation and Offered No Support


On July 26, 2025, I made a reservation for Sea Door Hotel through Agoda. Although I intended to book only one room, the system mistakenly reserved two separate rooms and charged my credit card twice, totaling ₺2,875. This happened completely without my consent. I tried to contact Agoda customer service, but I couldn’t reach them in any way, and my issue remains unresolved. Despite requesting just one room, I have been charged for two. I urgently request that this issue be corrected, that I am only charged for one room, and that the excess amount be refunded to my card. I kindly ask for the matter to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
