Charged Twice for My Hotel Stay – Can't Reach Agoda for Refund
I’ve been charged twice for my hotel stay, with the same amount taken two days apart. When I tried to contact Agoda, the...re’s only an option to message them, and they don’t help unless there’s an active reservation. How am I supposed to get information—make a new reservation just to ask for a refund?
