Agoda Canceled My Hotel Reservation Without Notice – No Refund, Paid Twice
I made a hotel reservation through Agoda, but without my knowledge, one of the rooms was canceled. I received no notification, and I wasn’t refunded. As a result, I had to pay for the hotel again out of pocket. I booked two rooms via Agoda using my credit card, but one was canceled without my consent, and now I’m stuck paying twice. I’ve tried reaching Agoda’s customer service, but I can’t get any response. This is unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for the extra charges. Agoda, you need to fix this issue and improve your customer service!
