Agoda Canceled My Hotel Reservation Without Notice – No Refund, Paid Twice


I’ve been charged twice for my hotel stay, with the same amount taken two days apart. When I tried to contact Agoda, there’s only an option to message them, and they don’t help unless there’s an active reservation. How am I supposed to get information—make a new reservation just to ask for a refund? This is ridiculous! I need to know how I’m going to get my money back, but I can’t reach anyone for help. Agoda, please sort this out immediately and refund the extra charge. This lack of support is unacceptable!
