Agoda Booking Issue! Incorrect Charge Needs Correction & Refund!

I booked a hotel room for two people through Agoda. Upon reaching the payment screen, I saw that the discounted price I was supposed to pay was ₺3,581.65. However, after being redirected to 3D Secure by Agoda, I realized that ₺3,720.43 was debited from my account. I need this matter taken care of promptly. I contacted customer service, but I continue to get a notification saying that the Turkish customer service is currently unavailable. I require a solution to my issue.
