Agoda Charged Twice for Tbilisi Hotel but Issued Receipt for Only One Room

I booked two rooms for a one-night stay in Tbilisi through Agoda, paying ₺5042 with my credit card. However, I received a receipt showing only one room was paid for, with an amount of ₺2773.20. This discrepancy is frustrating, and I am unable to get in touch with a proper representative to resolve the issue.

Agoda's customer service relies heavily on automated systems, which makes it impossible to explain or address my complaint. There is no clear way to resolve this double-charge or obtain a refund for the second room that was never acknowledged in the receipt.

I demand immediate action to correct this overcharge and provide a full refund for the extra payment. I need Agoda to step up and offer proper customer support to resolve this.
