Agoda Booking ID 1324805016 for Dolphin Park Hotel Shows No Record

I booked a stay at Dolphin Park Hotel through Agoda with reservation ID 1324805016 for the dates August 21 to August 26. However, when I contacted the hotel, they have no record of my reservation.

Additionally, I am unable to cancel the reservation, and there is no option for a refund on the site. Furthermore, money was charged to my card without my explicit approval despite the booking being confirmed on the site.

Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
