Agoda Reservation Cancelation Denied—Charged for a Room I Didn't Stay In

I booked a hotel through Agoda, reservation number 1360876808, but when I arrived, the room didn’t match what was advertised. The hotel staff informed me that they had no available rooms that fit the description. They called Agoda, promising to cancel the reservation, but nothing was resolved. The hotel staff was no help at all, and there was no one to assist me further. I didn’t stay at the hotel, yet the payment was still charged. I wanted to cancel due to the hotel’s failure, but I never received a response from Agoda. I couldn’t find any solution through the app either. I feel cheated, and I want a full refund for this unfair experience.
