On March 1, 2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas Runfalcon 5 sneakers from Adidas Kule Canerkek Spor Giyim (Invoice No: Z022025000001564, Transaction ID: 5587080). After just a few months, I noticed significant damage — including tearing in the mesh toe box, the ankle collar, and even separation at the front toe area.

I submitted a complaint to Canerkek Spor (AVM) on May 29, 2025, under registration number T25526685. On June 17, 2025, I received a message on my phone (5064****91) stating that my request had been rejected, with no proper resolution or accountability.

These defects appeared after only 3–4 months of careful use. The damage around the collar — which only experiences stress while putting the shoes on or off — is especially concerning. I’m 35 years old and have never encountered such poor durability with any shoe I’ve owned, let alone from a brand like Adidas, which markets itself as high quality and charges premium prices (₺).

I expected more from Adidas. I demand that the brand and retailer take full responsibility and resolve this issue either through a replacement or refund. A product should not fall apart under normal use in such a short timeframe. My trust in the brand has been shaken — please fix this promptly.
