On May 31, 2023, I purchased Adidas Superstar shoes with invoice number 3925152 from the Canerkek sportswear store in the Avenue shopping center. However, the labels on the shoes began to peel and tear after about 2 months. I returned the shoes to the store and requested that they notify the authorities and initiate a refund in accordance with my consumer rights. Unfortunately, the situation was reported to authorities, and I received a rejection letter. I requested a second attempt, urging the store to communicate my concerns about the product once more, but I was again rejected. I'd like to emphasize that we're talking about a product that hasn't even been worn for a month, and it's not cheap. I paid nearly three thousand Turkish lira for it. I also believe in the Adidas brand and have used their products for many years, which is why I bought this item. However, it is disheartening that you are abandoning your customers. As evidence, I have attached images, and I urgently need information about this product. Otherwise, I want to inform you that I will pursue my rights both legally and through CIMER.
