Defective Adidas Pants from Sporjinal Store

I bought a pair of Adidas tracksuit pants from the Sporjinal (Canerkek Spor) Nide branch for 1500 TL on March 14, 2023. The invoice number is 3694768. I was surprised that the pants shrunk and didn't fit right after the first wash. I took the item back to the store so they could look at it. But today I got a message saying that their experts looked at the product and found no problems with how it was made. They said that the problem was caused by careless use or lack of maintenance. It's too bad that Sporjinal doesn't stand behind the things they sell. I will never buy from them again, and I will tell everyone I know about what happened.
