adidas Faulty Shoes and Unhelpful Service

57

I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes, but the lining on the back heel began tearing and deforming soon after. I sent the shoes in for inspection twice in the hopes of finding a solution. They simply denied my claim, blaming it on "user error." How is it possible for the inner lining of a shoe's back heel, where the footrests are, to tear as a result of user error? It's nothing more than a ruse to deceive customers. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with an Adidas product. I have decided not to purchase any Adidas products in the future as a result of this disappointing experience. It's disappointing when a well-known brand, such as Adidas, fails to stand behind its products and provide adequate customer service. I'm left feeling disappointed and duped. I'll be looking for a brand that values its customers and stands behind the quality of its products from now on. Adidas, farewell!
