I've encountered a frustrating problem with Adidas Turkey's website while trying to make a credit card payment. No matter how many different cards I used, I kept receiving the message, "We are so sorry! Your payment was declined. Please try again with a different credit card or payment method." To make matters worse, their customer service proved unhelpful, providing no support whatsoever, akin to an unresponsive airline ticket sales line. Despite being a member with 4 different levels of membership, they suggested I open a new account and attempt the purchase again. The price of the Terrex SWIFT R3 GTX hiking shoes with model number IF2407 was 4759₺ on 31.07.2023. I tried the payment through four different banks, and the error persisted. This issue is not my fault but a flaw in the payment system or its connection to Adidas.com.tr. There was no redirection to any 3D secure payment method. I urge authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly. Due to my locked account, I couldn't proceed with the payment, and to my dismay, the product's price increased overnight. As a result, I feel compelled to direct fellow consumers to explore alternatives to Adidas.
