Adidas Rejected GRESIX/CBLACKHQ8709 Sneakers That Had Yellowing Base, and Nubuck Discoloration

Hello, the complaint I made regarding the campus 00s GRESIX/CBLACK/GRESIX product with article number HQ8709, which I purchased from Barcin Spor (Konak/İzmir) department with the invoice numbered 210.120.225.235 dated 07.07.2023, was rejected on the grounds that it was user error. However, the issue that is the subject of my complaint is that when I first step in, I hear a sound from the sole, especially in the heel area. This sound sounds like there is water on the sole of the heel and it is seriously disturbing. I request that proof be sent to me that this is user error. 2. Yellowing of the base. How can it be user error that causes a material to turn yellow in a period of 4 months and in normal use? I don't understand I would like a detailed answer on this issue. Finally, there is the issue of discolouration of nubuck leather. Although it has never been used in rainy weather and I always take care to use it in a clean manner, I would especially like this issue to be clarified. Best regards, Sadullah D*******
