Adidas Rejected My Predator Cleat Claim After Early Damage During Match Use

I purchased a pair of Adidas Predator football cleats from your store located in Adıyaman AVM. Only one week after purchasing the product, the material around the lace holes tore during a football match.
I returned the cleats to the store where I bought them, and on April 13, 2026, the product was sent for inspection. On April 24, 2026, I received a message informing me that my request had been rejected after the inspection and that I could collect the product from the store where it was purchased.
However, when I went to the store about one week after receiving this message, I was told that the product had still not arrived back at the store. I visited the store again on May 8, 2026, and once again I was informed that the cleats had not yet been returned. As of now, I still have not been able to recover my product.
I have experienced serious inconvenience both because my inspection request was rejected and because my football boots have still not been returned to the store after several weeks. Initially, I requested a replacement for the defective product. However, due to the prolonged delays and the inconvenience I have experienced throughout this process, I now request that my cleats be replaced with a higher-tier Adidas model.
I want to believe that Adidas, as a globally recognized brand, will take this situation seriously and resolve my complaint fairly and quickly. I kindly request that this issue be handled urgently and that my ongoing inconvenience finally be resolved.
