Adidas Refuses to Accept Returns for Shoes Falling Apart in Two Weeks

I recently purchased a pair of Forum Low series shoes from the Adidas Cevahir store. After wearing them for the second or third time, the inner back part of the shoes wore out. Subsequently, within just two weeks of wear, both shoes developed holes in the same area, causing the inner padding to protrude. These holes are now causing blisters on my feet. Disappointed with the quality, I attempted to return the shoes to the store with the receipt, only a month and a half after purchase. They assured me that the shoes would be examined, but I received an SMS two weeks later stating that the return was rejected, claiming improper use or maintenance during the examination. As a long-time Adidas customer, I've treated these shoes the same way I've treated my other Adidas pairs, including regular care. It's illogical to assume that I could have caused such damage in just a month and a half. I expected Adidas, a brand I've been loyal to for years, to handle my first return smoothly, offering an apology for a product that became unusable within such a short time. However, I am perplexed by the rejection of the return request with an explanation that seems devoid of logic. If this mistake is not rectified and an apology is not issued, I will sever all ties with the brand.
