Adidas Refused to Reapply My 20% Discount After Returning Tight Shoes
I snagged a pair of shoes from Adidas.com and scored a sweet 20% off with my membership discount. So, the shoes ended up being way too tight for me, and I’m looking to return them. I’d like to get the discount reapplied so I can either swap them for a bigger size or use it on something else instead. Sadly, the customer service experience was quite disappointing. They just kept sending me the same cookie-cutter replies and wrapped up the process without even bothering to address my request. I was really taken aback by the way I was treated by a brand that's supposed to be reputable. I expected a bit more understanding and adaptability with such an easy ask. This whole situation has definitely got me thinking twice about buying from Adidas moving forward.
