Flex To Go Withholds $814 Rental Car Deposit Past 35-Business-Day Limit

I rented a car from the Flex To Go Dalaman office through Carjet for the dates between July 15, 2026, and July 22, 2026. During the rental process, a security deposit of approximately $814 was charged to my credit card as a transaction. Even though I returned the vehicle on time, without any issues, and in complete condition at the end of the agreement, this deposit has not been refunded.

Although I was informed that the deposit would be returned within 21 business days at the latest, no refund has reflected on my card despite 35 business days having passed. In my conversations with customer service, no concrete solution was offered; I was simply told that I needed to wait, but the reasonable timeframe has long since passed.

I demand the immediate and full refund of the paid deposit to my credit card, as well as a written explanation regarding the cause of this delay.
