Carjet Ignores Refund Requests After Ok Mobility Cancels Rhodes Reservation

I booked a rental car from Ok Mobility through Carjet to pick up at Rhodes Airport. On September 8, 2026, I made a payment totaling approximately $82 to create reservation number cjt 222518695.

Upon arriving in Rhodes, the agent at the airport informed me that no cars were available and they could not provide me with a vehicle. They offered no alternative, leaving my reservation effectively unfulfilled unilaterally and causing me significant distress.

Following this, I have been contacting Carjet for about a week to request a full refund of my payment and a written explanation regarding this issue, but I have received no response or refund to date. I received no service, yet they continue to hold my payment.

I demand an immediate full refund of the amount I paid, a clear written explanation as to why my reservation was not fulfilled, and resolution for the hardship caused. Otherwise, as an attorney, I will pursue legal remedies and initiate court proceedings.
