Carjet Refuses Refund After Failing to Provide Vehicle in Istanbul

I booked a rental car in Istanbul through Carjet under reservation number cjt-222817400. On September 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, I went to the address listed in the agreement, only to find that the office specified in the contract was not there and my vehicle was not ready. When I called the phone number provided in the contract, I was told that the car would be brought from another location, but they demanded a €400 deposit for this service.

Since I did not accept these conditions, I stated that I wanted to terminate the agreement and requested an immediate refund of the €14.01 deposit I had paid upfront. Despite time having passed since then, no refund has been issued to me.

I suffered clear hardship due to the lack of a physical office at the specified address and the subsequent demand for an extra deposit. I demand the immediate refund of my €14.01 deposit without further delay.
