Carjet and Flex To Go Customer Support Ignore Unreturned Deposit Complaints

I rented a car through Carjet from the rental company Flex To Go with reservation number cjt-214100624 on July 10, 2026, at Izmir Airport. Upon vehicle pickup, a €1,000 security deposit was charged, and I was informed it would be refunded within 30 to 35 days at the latest.

I returned the vehicle on July 19, 2026, without any issues. At the time of return, no information was provided regarding any damage, fines, or additional fees that would lead to deductions from my deposit. Despite this, over 35 days have passed, and the deposit amount has still not been refunded to my card.

I am unable to reach anyone at Flex To Go Rent A Car at phone number +90 ***********88; despite calling and messaging via WhatsApp, I receive no response. Since I cannot find a point of contact on Carjet’s end either, I am currently facing significant hardship and feel that this process has been completely abandoned.

I do not accept that my €1,000 deposit has been held for this long without any explanation or notification provided. I demand the immediate and full refund of my deposit, along with a written explanation regarding the cause of this delay.
