Adidas Delivered Defective Shoes and Refused Exchange After Approval

I purchased Adidas Originals JR4233 Superstar II shoes, size 38.5, from the seller named “ADIDAS” through Hepsiburada, with order number 4791363577. The product was delivered to me in a defective condition. After noticing the defect, I submitted an exchange request through the system, and the seller approved this request.

Despite approving the exchange, the seller later refused to send the replacement, claiming that the product was out of stock, unilaterally stopping the process and directing me to other sellers, even though the product still appears to be in stock. However, for defective products, citing a stock issue after an exchange request has already been approved is against consumer protection laws.

In addition, although Hepsiburada acts as an intermediary platform, it did not effectively intervene in this process, which resulted in my being unfairly treated. I request that the product for which my exchange request was approved be sent to me immediately, or that it be replaced with an equivalent product under the same conditions. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and the relevant legal authorities.
