Adidas Cloudfoam Caused Foot Injury After First Use

On 7 April, I purchased an Adidas Cloudfoam product with the order number ATR91160214. I wore the shoes only once, and they badly hurt and damaged my feet during that first use. The product quality and comfort were far below my expectations, and I consider this an unacceptable experience from a brand like Adidas. I will also add photos as an attachment to clearly show the condition of my feet after wearing the shoes. Given that I used the product only once and it caused this level of discomfort and harm, I kindly request a solution in the form of either a full refund or an exchange for another suitable product. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
Progress
I chose the Cloudfoam GO Lounger shoes I bought from adidas.com.tr because they were supposed to be comfortable. When I first took the product out of its box at home and tried it on, I noticed that the upper part irritated my foot, but since it is a textile product I thought it would loosen over time, so I put it back in the box and set it aside to wear later in the summer.
On a nice day in June, I wore the shoes to work. After completing the day, when I got home in the evening, I realized that a noticeable deformation had formed on my feet, and I photographed it and sent it to customer service. I also let another friend and a friend who wears size 41 try the shoes, and we saw the same problem with both of them. My friend also said that there is a problem with the shoe’s mould and that the product is defective.
Because of this, I contacted adidas customer service on June 22. On 28.06.2026 at 15:11 I received an e‑mail from a representative named Ms. Birsen asking "what is the problem?". However, at that moment I learned that the product had been sent back in a shipment without my knowledge, i.e., it was returned to me. No clear information was provided about the shipping process or the outcome of the investigation.
Since I have personally tested that the shoe’s mould is faulty and that it causes the same issue for different people, I consider the product to be defective. Therefore, I request a refund for this product purchased on adidas.com.tr. I ask that the inconvenience caused by the faulty product be resolved and that transparent, written information about the process be provided.
The Cloud Foam GO Lunger shoes I purchased from adidas.com.tr caused the top of my foot to turn purple and resulted in prolonged pain within a day. I am requesting a refund/exchange regarding my issue, but I have not yet received a response from adidas.
