I Bought Shoes From The Adidas App With A Campaign, They Won't Ship

I purchased shoes from Adidas through a promotional campaign on the app. Despite it being 26 days since the order, my shoes have yet to ship. I've contacted customer support multiple times, but the only response I receive is a promise of imminent shipment without any concrete updates. This lack of transparency and delay in order fulfillment is unacceptable. I demand a resolution to this issue. I may understand a week or two delay but a month? why is that? if something is wrong with your system at least inform us!!!
