Academia.edu Unauthorized Charge, Refund Request

On September 5, 2025, I purchased a trial membership through Academia.edu. One month later, on October 5, 2025, without my knowledge or consent, my account was automatically converted to an annual plan, and ₺3,000 was charged to my registered bank card. I request that Academia.edu promptly refund this amount to my account. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and fully pursue my legal rights.
