Abercrombie & Fitch Denied E-Gift Card Just After Two Days Passed 60-Day Window

I know I tried to return an item after the 60-day window had passed from the date the order was shipped but I was in a very though spot for the latest three months, your policy says that returns made after this time period can only get an e-gift card and not a refund to the method of payment used the first time and I’m ok with that now I can’t even get that and I don’t know why? I could’ve cathec the return window if it wasn’t to you complicated return system, had to print out my order confirmation email and include it in the package I sent back, this extended my time because I didn’t know how, the return window ended on 10th, you got my package two days later, please show a sign of goodwill and help me because it’s about sizing, I can’t wear it.
