Gesmoda Refuses Return Despite 14-Day Policy

I placed an order on the Gesmoda website. Their return policy clearly states that items can be returned within 14 days, and since I had previously purchased from this brand via Trendyol, I trusted the brand and ordered directly from their official site.
However, I was later told that the item I purchased was considered an “evening dress,” and therefore was not eligible for return. They claimed that such items could be damaged during fitting. I explained that if the product were damaged, refusing the return would be understandable, but since it was in perfect condition, there was no reason not to accept it. Despite this, they insisted on refusing my return request and did not offer any assistance.
My legal right as a consumer is being denied, and I feel completely unsupported by the company. I am requesting that Gesmoda honor the return policy stated on their website and resolve my issue properly.
