On September 3, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺8,500 from my 7Slots account via bank transfer. The transaction went through without any error messages, but the status has been stuck as “pending” ever since, and no funds have been credited to my bank account.

The transaction ID is 1091947072, and my account ID is 42586708.

I have never experienced such an issue before, and I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this withdrawal. Importantly, I was withdrawing directly from my own balance, without using any promotions or bonuses.

I demand that this matter be resolved as quickly as possible and that the ₺8,500 withdrawal be credited to my bank account without further delay. Customers should be able to rely on timely payments when withdrawing their own funds..
