My 7Slots Casino Withdrawal Delayed, Customer Service Gave No Real Solution

On September 26, 2025, at 01:25 AM, I requested a withdrawal of ₺2,250 from my 7Slots casino account (Transaction ID: 109***3817). The transaction is still showing as “processing” and has not been transferred to my account. In the past, I have experienced delays with larger withdrawals, but this time the amount is relatively small, and yet my money is still not being paid. I even requested that the amount be transferred back into my game account, but that was also denied.
When I spoke with customer service, I was told there were no issues and that the finance department would deposit the funds no later than October 2, 2025. However, it is unacceptable for such a small withdrawal to be held up for this long. In addition, I was informed that a 25% commission would be deducted for the withdrawal, and I agreed to that when submitting my request.
I am requesting that my withdrawal be approved immediately and that my money be deposited into my account without further delay.
