I deposited nearly ₺50,000 into 7Slots, but now they won’t let me withdraw my money! My transaction (ID: 33579704) is stuck, and after completing the required verification, they suddenly asked for another verification process. This has been dragging on for two weeks, and I still haven’t received my funds.

Every time I contact customer support, they give the same response: “Please wait.” They provide no real help, no explanation, and no timeline for when I will get my money. This is completely unacceptable! 7Slots, I demand my withdrawal to be processed immediately. Players should not have to go through endless delays just to access their own money. Stop wasting time and pay out my winnings now!

If the amount is high, the withdrawal period can take up to 1 month, said your customer representatives. That's why I canceled and reduced the amount. On February 24, I requested a withdrawal of 25,000, you said it would be deposited within 5 days, but it wasn't. On the 6th day, I asked the customer representative, and they said to wait as the period might extend. I requested another withdrawal of 100,000, and your customer representative said the money would be deposited on March 3rd, and to inform them if it wasn't. Today, the customer representative is saying to wait another 21 days. No one is aware of each other, and this application is doing everything it can to not give the money. The customer representative gives incorrect information and responds by saying 'humans make mistakes.' It's like they're making fun of people. Don't invest money in this application, you can't get your money back.
