I Cannot Withdraw My Balance From 7slots Despite Verification

On 09.08.2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₺10,000 from the 7slots site to my bank card. Although I had made multiple withdrawals without any issues before, this time my transaction was not completed for an entire month. I contacted live support and sent emails many times, and each time I was told that the process was being reviewed manually, would take a maximum of three days, and that the specialists would deposit the money as soon as possible. However, even after a month, no payment was made. During this process, I submitted all the requested identity and verification documents completely, and my documents were verified. Since my first withdrawal request was kept waiting too long, I canceled it and then created a new withdrawal request for ₺1,000, but that request has also not been completed for three days. At the moment, I have a total balance of ₺19,839.35 in my account, but I cannot access my money. I request that my balance be paid in full to my bank account as soon as possible. Hello, You could not complete the withdrawal because fraudulent activities were detected; specifically due to having five different accounts at the same time. This situation is a serious violation of our rules.
