7Slots ₺5,000 Withdrawal Still Pending for 2 Days Despite Multiple Support Requests
On September 3, 2025, I submitted a ₺5,000 withdrawal request via bank transfer on the 7Slots website. Normally, withdrawals are processed within 5–10 minutes, but this time it has been 2 full days, and my money has still not been credited to my bank account. The transaction continues to show as pending.
I contacted customer service several times, but each time I was given different dates and excuses, with no real solution offered. My account has not been flagged for any additional document requests or approval steps, so there is no justification for this delay.
My user ID is 337*96. I demand that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that my ₺5,000 be transferred to my account without further delay. Customers should not be forced to wait days for payments that are usually completed within minutes.
