On September 2, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺143,000 from my 7Slots account via bank transfer. It has now been two days, yet I have not received my money, and I have not been given any proper updates from the site.

I was asked to upload my ID and a selfie for verification, but the system constantly shows errors and does not allow me to complete the upload. Because of this, I cannot finish the verification process. Despite contacting live support multiple times, no real solution has been provided; instead, I am repeatedly dismissed without progress.

The withdrawal amount still appears in my account balance and has not been deducted, but I remain unable to access my funds. On other platforms, I have received similar-sized payments without any issues, which makes this delay by 7Slots unacceptable.
