1xBet Refused to Credit My Birthday and Cashback Bonuses Despite ₺1M Loss
On October 18, 2025, I applied for both my birthday bonus and cashback (loss) bonus on 1xBet, but both of my requests were rejected without explanation. I have been a loyal 1xBet user for years and have even recommended the platform to people around me. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me lose trust in the platform.
My account number is 78*9601. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding the rejection of my bonus requests, but no real help or solution was provided. What frustrates me the most is that, despite losing nearly ₺1,000,000 on the platform, my eligible bonuses were not credited to my account.
I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and that my birthday and cashback bonuses be credited to my account immediately. I expect a fair and transparent resolution from 1xBet as soon as possible.
