1xBet Deposit Sent to Wrong IBAN? How to Recover Your Money Fast

On November 3, 2025, I transferred $213 from my QNB Finansbank account to my 1xBet account via bank transfer. I made the payment to the IBAN displayed on the screen (**49 0006 ** 0006 2961 62) and have the receipt as proof of payment.

However, right after completing the transaction, the page refreshed and a different IBAN appeared. The amount I sent never appeared in my 1xBet account balance.

**, and my transaction number is 94974. I contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times, but I keep getting the same response — they just tell me to wait. It’s been over 24 hours, and I still haven’t received any resolution.

One customer representative told me it would be resolved within 24 hours, while another said it could take 1–4 days or longer, which is completely inconsistent. I’ve sent all necessary documents, including my receipt and emails, but nothing has been fixed.

I request that my deposit be processed immediately and that the $213 be credited to my 1xBet account without further delay.
