On September 12, 2025, I deposited ₺2,500 into my 1xBet account using the standard Papara method on the website. The transaction was successful—funds were deducted from my Papara balance, I received an SMS confirmation, and I even have a receipt with the payment ID. Despite this, the money never appeared in my 1xBet account balance.
I reached out to customer support multiple times through live chat and email, but all I received were generic responses like “Please wait, we’ve forwarded this to the finance department.” Nobody explained why my deposit hasn’t been credited or how long I am expected to wait.
