Poor Customer Service And No Reply For My Issue After Writing 10 Mails
I am writing about a problem with my 1win account balance. My 1win account ID is 366777***. On 14th of this month, I deposited ₹300 to my 1win account via PhonePe using a UTR reference number, but the money has not been added to my account balance. I am based in India and the amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe, yet my 1win balance still shows no update. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any reply. I also submitted a similar complaint earlier, but despite that, I still have not received any solution or meaningful response, and the problem continues. I request that my missing ₹300 deposit be immediately credited to my 1win account balance or refunded back to my PhonePe, and that I am given a clear and prompt explanation of why this problem occurred and why my previous complaint was ignored.

But there should be some development by now, yet there is none. All I am being asked to do is keep waiting patiently, but nothing concrete has come out of it.
It's been over 5 days and i still Haven't gotten my money in account or bank till now i had Written email to support even they don't reply your robot hot has no answer what the fuck should i do It's very frustrating now
