1win Did Not Credit My PhonePe Deposit Even Though Payment Shows Successful

I deposited ₹600 into my 1win account using PhonePe on 16 December at around 3:34, but the money has still not been credited to my 1win balance. The PhonePe payment was completed, and I have the details of the transaction. The PhonePe transaction ID is T2512161535063872803053, and the UTR number is 345335119740. Since the payment shows as successful on my side, but the amount is not visible in my 1win account, I am facing a loss and cannot use the balance I paid for. I request that this payment be checked urgently and that either the ₹600 be immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded to my PhonePe account, based on your internal records. I also request written confirmation once the issue is resolved.
