1win Deposit Missing After PhonePe Payment of ₹350

I made a deposit of 350 INR to my 1win account on 11 January 2026 at about 05:12 pm via PhonePe in India, but the money has not appeared in my 1win balance. The amount was deducted from my PhonePe account at that time, and I have the transaction/UTR reference ID as proof of payment, but it is still not reflected on 1win. Since the deposit did not reach my 1win account, I request that this 350 INR be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible. I am ready to provide the exact time, the transaction/UTR ID, and any screenshots if needed so that the issue can be checked and resolved quickly.
