1win Pending Withdrawal Request – ₹1200 (IMPS)

I am writing from India regarding a withdrawal problem I have experienced on the 1win website. On 18 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 28,500 rupees via IMPS to my HDFC bank account. In the 1win system this withdrawal is shown as “successful”, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the amount had not arrived, I contacted my bank. HDFC confirmed that no such transaction was received and asked me to provide the UTR number of the IMPS transfer. However, 1win has not provided any UTR number or valid transaction reference despite this clear request from the bank. I contacted 1win customer support many times. At first, they kept saying that the withdrawal was completed. After repeated requests, they asked me to send my bank statement, which I provided multiple times. Even though I have cooperated fully and shared the requested documents, the issue still has not been resolved and I have neither received the money nor any proper proof of the transaction. I request that 1win immediately provide the correct UTR number or official transaction details for this IMPS withdrawal and ensure that the 28,500 rupees are credited to my HDFC bank account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible, as the current situation is causing me financial and mental stress.
