1win Withdrawal Shows Success but ₹50,000 Not Received in Bank
I made a withdrawal from my 1win account (ID: 312769727) on March 19, 2026, at around 2:25 PM via IMPS for an amount of ₹50,000 to my HDFC bank account. The IMPS transaction status shows “successful,” but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted customer support and was informed that a PMNT was created. However, despite this, the money is still missing and the issue has not been resolved.
At this point, I do not have the funds in my bank account even though the transaction is marked as successful. I request that the missing ₹50,000 be credited to my HDFC bank account immediately, or that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay, as this is a significant amount and the situation is causing me serious concern.
