1win Withdrawal Rejected After KYC

I am writing to report a serious problem I am facing with a withdrawal on my 1win account. On 24 March 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 39,500 INR via IMPS bank transfer from India. Despite having successfully completed more than 25 withdrawals in the past and being fully KYC verified, this withdrawal was rejected and I was suddenly asked to complete re-KYC. I promptly went through the re-KYC process again, and it was approved within a couple of minutes. However, after this approval, the security team stopped responding entirely. My money has not been transferred, and there has been complete silence from the security side for more than 24 hours now. During this period, I tried contacting support multiple times. Instead of providing any concrete answer or solution, they repeatedly told me to email the security team, which I have already done several times but still received no reply and no progress on my withdrawal. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating, especially given my clean history and multiple successful withdrawals with full KYC completed earlier. I request that 1win immediately processes my pending withdrawal of 39,500 INR and credits it to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the withdrawal was rejected after so many successful transactions and why there has been no response from the security team despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

My account has not been verified but has been hacked/used for phishing. Someone else has access to my account and I didn't have anything. Please help me recover it back.
