1win ID Blocked After Verification - Confiscated Balance

I am a regular client of 1win and my account with ID 331364*** was blocked on 1 December 2025, after I completed the verification process with my ID. Some years ago I had already verified my account, and this time, after verification, my account was suddenly suspended on the grounds of having multiple accounts, and my balance of 7200 Rs was taken. I do not find it fair that my funds have been taken in this way, especially as a long‑time client, and I feel this situation creates a serious doubt about the reliability of the platform. If there was any issue regarding multiple accounts, I should have been clearly informed and given a chance to resolve it instead of losing my money. I request that my 7200 Rs be immediately returned to my account or paid back to me without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided as to why my verified account was blocked and my balance confiscated.
